1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and WPC Sabong ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wpcsabong.net. These Terms govern all access to and use of the WPC Sabong platform, including all games, betting markets, bonuses, promotions, and customer services offered thereon.

2 Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
To register with WPC Sabong, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:

2.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account with WPC Sabong. The creation of multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited. WPC Sabong reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
2.3 Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a government-issued identification document number. WPC Sabong may require documentary verification of this information at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. WPC Sabong will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify WPC Sabong support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3 Deposits & Payments
WPC Sabong accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks.
3.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full identity verification are eligible for higher deposit limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be applied at your own request as part of our responsible gaming tools.
3.2 Deposit Processing
All deposits made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph are credited to your WPC Sabong wallet instantly upon payment confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet are credited within 30 minutes of confirmation. WPC Sabong does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on the WPC Sabong platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱/PHP). Amounts displayed on the platform, including game payouts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts, are all stated in PHP.
Important: Only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits from unverified sources may be returned and your account reviewed for compliance.

4 Withdrawals
4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment account registered in the same name as your WPC Sabong account. Before any withdrawal is processed, WPC Sabong may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. This is a PAGCOR compliance requirement and is not optional.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times
- GCash: Under 5 minutes during normal operating hours (6AM–11PM PHT).
- Maya / GrabPay: Within 15 minutes during operating hours.
- BDO / BPI / UnionBank (InstaPay): Within 30 minutes.
- PESONet bank transfers: Same banking day if submitted before 3PM PHT on business days; next business day otherwise.
- Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Standard daily withdrawal limit is ₱50,000 for verified accounts. VIP players at Gold tier and above may be eligible for higher limits – contact your account manager or support for details.
4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds credited to your account may only be withdrawn after the applicable rollover (wagering) requirement has been fully met. Real cash deposits that have not been used in conjunction with a bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of WPC Sabong and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Bonus funds will be forfeited if the associated rollover requirement is not completed within the stated expiry period.
- WPC Sabong reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation.
- Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts.
5.2 Rollover Requirements
Rollover requirements specify the total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds become withdrawable. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible game contributions for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. As a general guide for WPC Sabong standard offers: Sports and Esports bets contribute 100% toward rollover; JILI Slots and Casino games contribute 100% unless a specific game is noted otherwise; Live Sabong bets contribute 100%.
5.3 Free Spins
Winnings generated from free spins are credited as real cash balance with no additional wagering requirement, unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Free spins have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash directly.
Bonus abuse: Any attempt to systematically exploit bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other method that does not represent genuine personal gaming activity, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Rules
Each game category on WPC Sabong – including Live Sabong, JILI Slots, Online Casino, Esports Betting, Bingo, and Sports Betting – operates under specific game rules that are accessible within each game or section of the platform. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product.
6.2 Betting Finality
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the WPC Sabong system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. WPC Sabong reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: system errors that resulted in an incorrect price or odds being displayed; event cancellation or postponement where the outcome is affected; obvious input errors on the part of the player or the system.
6.3 Disconnection Policy
In the event of a disconnection during an active game or bet, the outcome of that game or bet is determined by the server-side record, which is the definitive record for all dispute purposes. WPC Sabong's systems log every bet and game outcome in real time. No bet or game round is lost due to a connection issue – outcomes are preserved and credits applied upon reconnection.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed in each game. These limits may vary by game type, VIP tier, and current promotional period. WPC Sabong reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits based on account history, verification status, or responsible gaming considerations.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WPC Sabong platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law:
- Creating more than one account per person or registering under a false identity.
- Using the platform while under the age of 21.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or access the platform in an automated manner.
- Colluding with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including in Live Sabong, Bingo, or Casino table games.
- Money laundering or using the platform in any way that facilitates illegal financial activity.
- Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or glitches for financial gain.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward WPC Sabong staff or other players.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by WPC Sabong
WPC Sabong reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false registration information; failure to complete identity verification when required; prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; and self-exclusion requests from the player.
8.2 Notification
Where legally permissible and operationally practical, WPC Sabong will notify the player of an account suspension by email to the registered address. In cases involving suspected fraud or regulatory investigation, WPC Sabong may be legally required to suspend the account without prior notice.
8.3 Funds on Suspension
If an account is suspended for reasons other than confirmed fraud or Terms violation, the real cash balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after the investigation is concluded. If fraud or a material Terms breach is confirmed, WPC Sabong reserves the right to forfeit all balances in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
8.4 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request to close your WPC Sabong account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real cash balance at the time of closure will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Self-exclusion closures are permanent and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
9 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the WPC Sabong platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any WPC Sabong content without our prior written consent.
12 Limitation of Liability
WPC Sabong's liability to you is limited to the real cash balance held in your verified account at the time of any dispute. WPC Sabong is not liable for: loss of profits or winnings resulting from technical failures outside our reasonable control; decisions made by third-party payment providers; the content or availability of third-party gaming software; or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
WPC Sabong makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible. WPC Sabong is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime attributable to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, acts of nature, or regulatory directives.
Nothing in these Terms limits WPC Sabong's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under Philippine law.
13 Amendments to These Terms
WPC Sabong reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments – those that affect your rights or obligations in a significant way – will be communicated to registered players by email to the registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or changes required by PAGCOR or other regulatory directives) may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version of these Terms was published. Continued use of the WPC Sabong platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the WPC Sabong platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, specifically the appropriate courts in Metro Manila.
14.1 Dispute Process
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact WPC Sabong customer support to seek an informal resolution. Our support team will investigate your concern and provide a response within 5 business days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, it may be escalated to WPC Sabong's compliance team for formal review. Where the dispute involves matters under PAGCOR's jurisdiction, players may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR.
